In 2018 Erland was recommended to do some electrical work in my home that two previous contractors were unable to rectify. Immediately, it was clear Erland was knowledgeable, competent, and organized. Without hesitation, I inquired about other projects. Immediately, Erland dramatically changed an awkward rental kitchen set up into a functional beautiful layout. Early on, I noticed his fresh perspective as well as an interest in my ideas while addressing my concerns. Next, he installed new floors, built a closet, took down walls, opened and beautified a ground floor rental residence. I was so impressed with his workmanship, quality, ideas, perfection, and professionalism to which he exhibited. Our next project was my attic. Erland and his competent team redesign two bedrooms, a bathroom, installed skylights, a shower, and heated floors. Every detail displayed such style and ingenuity. From the niche in the shower to the lighted mirror, raised toilet, shower bench, and backsplash so carefully thought out with care and imagination.

Lastly, I wanted a large dream kitchen to cook and entertain. Erland enthusiastically and patiently helped me make great decisions offered suggestions and help me work through my indecisiveness. In passing, I mentioned, the wonderful memories created from sitting at the kitchen table over the years. During the final walk-through, Erland proudly displayed a cutting board that he thoughtfully created from my old kitchen table.

My kitchen renovation is better than I could have ever imagined it takes my breath away every day! Erland planned out everything, took such care of my home, possessions while maintaining a meticulously, neat & clean environment. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Erland and his crew.

Erland Contracting did a phenomenal job on my recent renovation in my kitchen.

Erland picked the most beautiful materials for my countertops and backsplash, and the entire project went smoothly and efficiently. He also left my apartment in immaculate condition. This was the last piece of the renovation he did when I purchased my apartment two years ago, with a fantastic job in my bathroom, my floors, painting, and all new electrical work. Erland worked in my home in September of 2019.

He fixed a leak that was bringing water into my attic and then plastered and painted. Some of the work involved fixing cracks in the roof.
